About this kit
Labels up to 50 unread inbox previews each hour as urgent reply, reply needed or bulk mail, clearing the other two labels. Uses explicit requests and stated impact, not assumed sender status. Ambiguous cases are escalated. The decision run does not read later thread replies; use three distinct labels.
How it works
Reads permitted message fields including subject, sender and preview. Search also enables single-message and thread reads with the same field mask; the decision run judges only the search results. Sets one of your three labels and clears its siblings.
