Sorts a window of inbox mail into your own categories and returns one typed row per message, so an agent can read the shape of an inbox in one call.
Apps: Email
The template classifier: you fill in the categories at install, in your own words, and every message in a window comes back labeled with one of them. - Ten sensible categories are pre-filled (personal, customer support, sales inbound, cold outreach, newsletter, receipts, system alerts, internal, recruiting, scheduling). Replace them with yours, one per line as "Name — what belongs in it". An unclear option is always kept for the misfits, and those are flagged. - An agent can even send its own categories for a single call (worker_run answers) without changing yours. - Judges the sender, the subject and the preview snippet only, never the full body. - Reads the last week by default; the caller narrows or widens the window per call. - Reads only. Nothing is labeled or moved in the mailbox; the categories live in the run receipt. - Up to 50 messages per call across every linked mailbox; each row names its mailbox.
Reads inbox mail across every mailbox linked to the worker: the sender, the subject line and a short preview snippet, plus which mailbox each message arrived in. It cannot open the full body, read the rest of a thread, send, reply, move, label, delete or mark anything read.
