Reads up to 50 unread inbox messages with body text each hour and applies the IT, HR or Finance label you choose, clearing the other queue labels. Sensitive or unowned requests are escalated. Labels organize this mailbox; they do not forward mail or grant a team access. Requests remain unread until someone handles them.
How it works
Reads message subject, sender and body text. Applies the selected queue labels. The search permission also enables single-message and thread reads with the same field mask; the decision run judges only the search results.
