About this kit
Checks your Shopify store each morning for orders that have stalled and need a person.
- Reads orders only: unfulfilled past your window, payment pending or expired, high risk, open returns
- Groups them by what someone has to do, urgent and oldest first
- Only writes up orders that are newly stuck or getting worse, so it never nags
- Runs each morning and gives a one-line all-clear when nothing is stuck
- Read-only: it never fulfills, cancels, refunds, tags or edits an order
How it works
Shopify
Reads the store's orders with the filters set on the call: unfulfilled past your promise window, payment pending, authorized or expired, high risk, and return requests still open. It sees order state, values, refunds, line items, notes, tags and the risk assessment - not customer email, phone or address. Nothing is written back: the worker cannot fulfil, cancel, refund, tag or edit an order.
- Read orders: Order search and single-order detail: payment, fulfillment and return status, totals and refunds, line items and SKUs, risk assessment, order notes and tags. Read-only.

Setup questions
- After how long should an order that has not shipped count as stuck?
- Which order tags mean an order is on hold on purpose and should not be chased?
- Above what order value should a stuck order be treated as urgent?
- Who should each kind of stuck order be routed to - shipping, payments, fraud, returns?
- Are there order types in this store that are always slow to fulfil, such as preorders, made-to-order or dropship items?
