WorkerKit

First Workflow Program

Your first AI workflow, built with our automation engineers.

Bring one process that creates delays, handoffs or manual work. We map it with you, then build and launch the workflow in your existing apps.

Apply

Apply for a free workflow assessment.

Limited to 10 companies, selected after the first call. Applications close December 31.

The application asks for the operational challenge, then your name and work email, with your company and its size optional, then a time for the call. Places are confirmed after the call. Calls are held on weekdays between 10 AM and 2 PM US Central, three times a day for the coming week. If none fits, choose to arrange a time by email.

The offer

What you get.

  • A free workflow assessment 45 minutes with the person who runs the process, then a written recommendation within two business days.
  • Live within 10 days Our engineer builds, tests and launches it in your apps once the cases and app access are ready. Implementation is included.
  • Yours either way The workflow stays in your account, with a full export of every run. You decide whether to continue.

The details

What the build includes, and what we need from you.

No process document or technical plan needed. Bring the person who knows the work.

  • An engineer on your workflow An enterprise automation engineer configures one agreed workflow in your existing apps: worker setup, permissions, approval steps and testing against your real cases.
  • Success criteria agreed first Before we build, we agree on acceptable outputs, how exceptions are handled and one business measure you can verify. If the result misses them for reasons within our control, 14 days of corrections are included.
  • Costs known before anything runs Platform access during the build and $100 in usage credits are included. Any usage above that, and what continuing would cost, is agreed before it is incurred.
  • A process owner on your side Someone who can explain the work, make decisions during the build and give feedback each week.
  • A few real cases Recent, representative cases of the process, from what triggers it to the final result.
  • The app connections The ability to connect the apps the workflow needs. Credentials and sensitive data stay hidden from the AI model.

Questions

Program questions, answered.

  • What kinds of challenges qualify? Recurring operational work that creates meaningful manual effort, delays, errors or missed handoffs. A good candidate has a clear owner and uses apps WorkerKit supports. Together we narrow the challenge to one practical workflow.
  • Does every assessment include a build? The build is for selected companies, and the program is limited to 10 of them, with applications closing December 31. We select after the first call, on workflow fit, supported apps, owner availability and our engineering capacity; applying books the call, not a place. Every completed assessment includes a written recommendation, whether or not we go on to build.
  • What do you need from our team? A process owner who can explain the work, provide representative cases, arrange the required app access, make decisions and give weekly feedback. A process document is helpful but not required.
  • How is the 10-day build counted? The clock starts once the scope, the representative cases and the app connections we need are ready. Delays in access pause it. The period covers building and validation against your cases, not a month of live operation.
  • How do we decide whether the workflow works? Before building, we agree on acceptable outputs, how exceptions are handled and a business measure. We test real cases and review the results together, including the human review and running costs the process still needs.
  • What happens if it misses the agreed criteria? If the workflow misses the acceptance criteria for reasons within our control, we include a 14-day correction period with up to four additional engineering hours within the original scope.
  • What happens when the usage credit runs out? The build includes $100 in usage credits. Any additional usage is agreed before it is incurred. Runs pause when the available balance is insufficient.
  • What does it cost afterward? We share the relevant subscription and estimated usage costs before the build begins. Continuing afterward requires your explicit agreement, and ongoing operation follows the chosen plan and usage terms. If you stop, the workflow stays in your account on the Free plan within its limits.
  • Will you publish our company name or results? We ask for candid feedback so we can improve the product. Any public case study, company identification or quotation requires your separate permission.

Selection is a fit and capacity decision. If the fit is weak, we say why and you still receive the recommendation.
