Free needs no card and runs no trial clock. Team is flat for up to 10 users, not per seat, so a tenth teammate costs nothing extra. Yearly is twelve times the monthly price: the yearly incentive is the wallet load, not a lower price. Plans change or cancel at any time and only the limits move.

A tool call is one thing a worker does in a connected app: reading a thread, sending a reply, adding a calendar event. An email account is one Google or Microsoft account a worker signs in as (Gmail or Outlook), with the calendar, files and tasks that come with it. Basic memory is the rules and facts you give a worker; Advanced adds long-term rules, facts and run history. Schedules are standing instructions to run on a cadence; one-time "run once at" schedules are not capped on any plan.

## On every plan, Free included

The complete safety layer, never tier-gated: app firewall, redaction, contact rules, and one key with its own scope list per worker. Full kit access: install from the directory, publish to it, and keep kits private. And 0% markup on model tokens.

## Team adds

Team sync with roles and permissions, central worker admin, a shared wallet with spend controls, team dashboards, member on and offboarding, and private kits shared across the team without publishing them.

## Enterprise adds

SSO and SAML, identity sync (SCIM, Okta, Google Workspace) with an offboarding cascade, domain-wide delegation and Permission Tickets, org-wide policy clamping, SIEM export, shadow-AI inventory, a compliance pack (SOC 2, DPAs, audit support), on-prem and self-hosted deployment, EU zero-retention models, a private kit program with co-build, and security review support.

## Running the workers

WorkerKit hosts every run today: workers follow their schedules unattended, with no machine of yours left running. Running a worker on your own machine or infrastructure is **not available yet and is coming later**.

Model tokens are billed at the provider list price, to the cent, with no markup. There are two ways to pay for them:

- **The wallet.** A prepaid balance held by WorkerKit, which hosted runs draw on.
- **Your own model keys (BYOK).** Add an Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or xAI key and those tokens bill straight to your provider account instead. The first 1M tokens each month carry no platform fee; usage past that is 5% of list price, settled from the wallet. Removing a key returns that provider to wallet billing.

How the wallet behaves:

- Loading it costs 5.5% with a $1 minimum, charged on top, and the credited balance is exactly what you loaded. The $5 minimum load charges $6 and buys $5 of tokens at list price.
- A run reserves its budget before it starts. A balance that will not cover the reserve skips the run and says so on the receipt; top up and the next due run goes ahead.
- Team pools one wallet across the account. Enterprise can bring its own provider keys or commit to capacity instead.

The daily tool-call caps are hard. At the cap a worker stops until the counter resets, then picks its schedule back up. Nothing is deleted and no setting changes.

## The yearly runtime credit

The yearly wallet load in the plans table lands on day one. It spends on hosted runs and BYOK platform fees alike, is drawn before money you load yourself, and stays good for 12 months. Tokens it buys are billed at list price with no markup, like everything else.
