A token costs what the provider charges for it, to the cent, whichever way you pay for it. What we charge is the top-up fee, drawn out in full.

- Pay from the wallet Tokens draw on a prepaid balance at the provider's own price. The only fee is loading it, and it is the one on the right.
- Or bring your own model keys Add an Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or xAI key and tokens bill to your provider, not to us. The first 1M a month carry no platform fee; past that it is 5% of list.
An everyday load, so the fee is the plain 5.5%. The $1 floor only bites below about $18: the smallest load, $5, costs $6.

Never behind a plan
The safety layer is not an upsell.
Some things do not belong behind a price. A worker that runs unattended needs its guardrails on the day you meet it, not on the day you pay, so these four are the same on Free as they are on Enterprise.
- The whole firewall, on Free The app firewall, redaction and contact rules ship on every plan. What a worker may open, what it may send, and who it may deal with are yours to set from the first run, not from the first invoice.
- No markup on tokens Model tokens bill at the provider list price, to the cent, on all four plans. The plan you are on moves your limits and never the price of a token, so scaling up a fleet never quietly reprices the work it does.
- Private kits, ungated Write a kit and keep it to yourself on any plan, Free included. Publishing one to the directory is free on every plan too, so the marketplace is never the thing you have to buy your way into.
- One key, one scope list Every worker carries its own key and its own list of what it may touch, on every plan. Narrow that list or switch a connection off whenever you like and the worker runs on with whatever is left, so least privilege is never something you buy.

What people ask before they pay.
The answers carry the numbers, so none of them send you back to the table.
- Is the free plan actually free? Yes. No card, no trial clock, no expiry. Free gives you 5 workers, 1 email account, 500 tool calls a day and the complete safety layer, and it stays that way for as long as you use it. You move to a paid plan when you want more scale, not when a timer runs out.
- What counts as a tool call? A tool call is one thing a worker does in a connected app: reading a thread, sending a reply, adding a calendar event. Free allows 500 a day and 60 an hour, Pro allows 5,000 a day, and Team allows 50,000 a day pooled across everyone on the account. The counter resets daily.
- What happens when I hit the daily cap? The worker stops until the counter resets. The caps are hard, not a soft warning: Free allows 500 tool calls a day and 60 an hour, Pro allows 5,000 a day, and Team allows 50,000 a day pooled across everyone on the account. Nothing is deleted and no setting changes, so a worker picks its schedule back up when the next day starts.
- What happens when the wallet runs out? Runs stop. A run reserves its budget before it starts, so when the balance will not cover that reserve the run is skipped rather than half-finished, and the receipt says the wallet is empty and offers a top-up. Nothing is lost and the schedule stays intact: top up and the next due run goes ahead.
- Can workers run on a schedule on the Free plan? Yes. Every free worker can run on one standing schedule, hourly or daily, so five workers can hold five schedules. Pro and Team remove the cap: unlimited schedules per worker, down to a run every minute. One-time "run once at" schedules are never capped, on any plan.
- Do you mark up model tokens? No. Model tokens on the managed runtime are billed at the provider list price with 0% markup, to the cent. The only fee is on loading the wallet: 5.5% with a $1 minimum. Loading the $5 minimum costs $6 and buys $5 of tokens at list price.
- What do I get for paying yearly? A loaded wallet. A year of Pro is $348 and puts $50 of runtime credit in your wallet; a year of Team is $3,588 and loads $500 into the shared team wallet. The credit lands on day one, spends on hosted runs and BYOK platform fees alike, is drawn before money you load yourself, and stays good for 12 months. Tokens it buys are billed at the provider list price with 0% markup, like everything else.
- Can I run a worker on my own machine? Not yet, and it is coming later. Today every run is hosted by WorkerKit. You can already bring your own Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or xAI key, which bills the tokens to your provider account rather than to us: the first 1M tokens each month carry no platform fee, and usage past that is 5% of list price, settled from the wallet.
- Is the firewall a paid feature? No, and it never will be. The app firewall, redaction and contact rules ship on every plan including Free. A worker that runs unattended needs those controls to be safe to run at all, so selling them back to you would mean selling an unsafe free plan.
- How does Team billing work? Team is $299 a month flat for up to 10 users, not per seat, so a tenth teammate costs nothing extra. Free and Pro are single-user accounts, so Team is the plan where more than one person shares a fleet. It carries one shared wallet with spend controls, roles and permissions across the fleet, and central worker admin including member on and offboarding.
- Can I switch plans or cancel? Yes, at any time. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the period. Yearly is billed once, and its runtime credit is yours from day one. Your workers, kits and connected apps stay where they are when a plan changes; only the limits move.
- When do I need Enterprise? When workers stop being one person's tool and become something the company runs on. At that point they have to run under your own sign-in and on your own network: SSO and SAML, identity sync with an offboarding cascade, SIEM export, on-prem or zero-retention models, and a compliance pack with SOC 2 and DPAs. Pricing and limits are both set with you, around what you actually run.
