How it works

Fetches each partner page to see whether the promised link is really there.
- Scrape: Read one partner page and look for the link.
Records
The partner_links roster you fill in; the worker writes status and dates back to it.
- Read: Load the roster.
- Write: Record each page's status and check dates.
- Create collection: Create the roster with its columns on first run; idempotent.
SEO Tools
The link index, as a cross-check on what the fetched pages show.
