About this kit
Tells you what actually changed in your repos since yesterday, not a list of commits.
- Reads the last 24 hours of pull requests, issues, commits and releases
- Reports what shipped, what is blocked, what is at risk, and who is waiting on a decision
- Writes one short brief as the run's result; point the worker's delivery settings at email, Slack, Teams, Telegram or Discord to have it sent
- Runs every morning; you choose which repos it can see
- Read-only on GitHub: never comments, merges, edits code, or reads your source files
How it works
GitHub
The activity the brief is built from. Read-only: it lists and opens pull requests, issues, commits and releases and can read the diff of a change, but it cannot comment, review, merge, or edit anything.
- Repo read: Finds which repositories it is allowed to brief on, and reads recent commits on each default branch.
- Pr read: Opens the pull requests that moved, with their conversation and their changed files, so a finding can explain what a change actually does.
- Issue read: Reads issues and runs the dated searches that make a 24-hour window possible at all.
- Release read: Checks whether anything was actually released in the window.
