About this kit

Finds the ten complaints that show up most, in the customers' own words.

Searches Reddit threads and comments, plus the review pages you name, for a product or category
Groups complaints by the underlying problem and counts how many people raised each
Reports the top ten with two or three verbatim quotes each, linked and dated
Runs Mondays at 8:00 AM or on demand; read-only, never posts, votes or messages

Searches the subreddits where people discuss the product or category and reads the threads and comments where complaints are raised and upvoted.

Search subreddits: Find the communities that discuss the product or category when none were named.
Get subreddit: Check a named community exists and what it is about before searching it.
Search posts: Find threads about problems, switching and support inside the 90-day window.
List posts: Skim a community's recent posts when search returns too little.
Get post: Read a thread's full text when the search result is only a snippet.
List comments: Read the comments on the most relevant threads, where the upvoted complaints live.

Reads the public review pages you name as clean markdown so reviews can be quoted and dated.
