AI workers for AskElephant
AI workers for AskElephant turn recorded customer calls into follow-through: they search your meetings and transcripts, pull out what a customer said about budget, timing or risk, and put it in front of the people who act on it. Each worker acts as the AskElephant user who connected it and uses only the tools you grant.
What is an AI worker for AskElephant?
An AI worker for AskElephant is an AI worker given one recurring revenue job over the meetings, transcripts and customer context your team keeps in AskElephant. It searches and reads the calls the connecting user can see, along with the companies and contacts they belong to, and works under the same permissions and privacy rules that user has in AskElephant. The connection uses AskElephant sign-in, so there is no key to paste, and each worker receives only the tools its owner grants.
What these workers do
Daily call digest
After the day's meetings, list the customer calls that finished, summarise what each customer asked for and send the team a short digest with a link to each meeting.
Deal risk watch
Read this week's calls with the accounts on a watch list and flag the ones where the customer raised budget, timing, competitor or champion concerns, with the quote and the meeting link.
Sales-to-CS handoff brief
When a deal closes, gather what the customer said across its sales calls about goals, stakeholders and promised features, and write a handoff brief for the customer success owner.
Coaching notes for managers
Review a rep's recent calls against your discovery checklist and send their manager short notes with links to the moments worth hearing.

AskElephant questions, answered.
What can a worker see in AskElephant?
Exactly what the AskElephant user who connected it can see. The connection acts as that user, so meetings they cannot open in AskElephant stay closed to the worker, and AskElephant's privacy rules apply the same way. You then grant each worker only the tools its job needs.
Who connects AskElephant, and is there a key?
The person whose access the worker should have connects it with AskElephant sign-in. There is no key to paste: review AskElephant's permission screen, click Allow, and you come back here.
Can a worker change anything in AskElephant?
Only through the tools you grant. Most jobs only read meetings and transcripts. Depending on the user's role, the connection can also include tools that change AskElephant itself, such as creating workflows or editing expert rules, so grant those only to a worker whose instructions say what it may change.
Does a worker read full transcripts?
It can, the same as the connected user. Transcripts hold what customers and prospects said, including names and numbers, so ask workers for findings and links back to the meeting, and send their output to people who already have access to those calls.
Is there a record of what a worker did?
Yes. Every call a worker makes is logged with the worker, the tool and the time, reads and writes alike, so anything a worker changed in AskElephant traces back to the run that changed it.
